We are seeking a passionate and talented Legal & Regulatory Manager to play a pivotal role in our mission.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

Ensure Daskapital compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Monitor changes in legislation and regulations that might affect Daskapital’s operations.
Provide legal and regulatory advice to management and stakeholders.
Develop, implement, and control internal policies and procedures.
Manage relationships with regulators and other external entities.
Coordinate with legal counsel as necessary.
Represent Daskapital in any legal proceeding.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

Academic degree in Law, preferably with a major in financial or business law. Additional degrees in Commercial Law, Information Technology Law, or similar are highly valued.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a legal role with a focus on regulation and compliance.
Knowledge of international regulations is advantageous.
Experience working in the financial sector, fintech, startups, and in an international environment is highly valued.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
