If the bids exceed the auction amount, the interest rate will be set at the rate requested by all investors.
If all the bids combined do not cover the total offer amount but meet the conditions for partial financing, all investors will have their bids allocated, and the financing interest rate will be set at the maximum rate defined by the promoter in the auction.
