Identity verification involves submitting a copy of an admissible, valid identity document to the platform.
Accepted documents:
Citizens of other countries: Passport
Citizens of the European Union: National ID Card, Passport or Driver's Licence;
Citizens of the United Kingdom, United States and Canada: Passport or Driver's Licence.
Rules for a correct submission of the identification document:
The formats accepted for uploading your document are JPG/JPEG/PNG/PDF. Documents smaller than 32 KB and larger than 7 MB are not accepted.
Do not cut the corners: Make sure that all 4 corners of the document are visible.
Make sure that the name and surname(s) are entered exactly as they appear on the ID document.
Make sure the document is within the validity period.
Make sure all the information is legible, in particular the MRZ band: make sure there are no blurs, flashes or fingers on the submitted copy.
Send double-sided: If the document has two sides, send us both (even if it's the blank page in the passport).
