To register your company on Daskpital, access the platform through the Daskapital website by clicking on "Sign In". After setting up your email and access password, fill in the requested company details and follow each step to complete the registration.
You don't need to provide all the requested information at the moment to navigate the platform, you can skip some field and fill them later. But remember that you won't be able to promote any project until you complete all the requested steps and the KYB (Know Your Business) process is completed.
To complete the KYB process, you will be asked for the following documents (in Portugal and Spain):
UBO (Ultimate Benificiary Owener) declaration with a description of partners/shareholders with more than 25% ownership.
Valid identification document of the legal representative.
Proof of company registration issued within the last 3 months (Certificado Permanente in Portugal) (Registo Mercantil Central, Registradores de España ou Modelo 600 in Spain).
Company bylaws ("Estatutos"), signed in the latest version.
